    • While the Sunday, May 17 show has been cancelled due to the current Covid-19 crisis, we are working together to bring Kevin James back to the Washington Pavilion at a later date. All credit or debit card purchases through the Washington Pavilion Box Office (via www.washingtonpavilion.org or by phone) will be refunded automatically. Cash purchasers will receive a check refund by mail. Please allow 7-14 business days for these to process. Tickets purchased for rescheduled concert will be honored for the new concert date. For those not able to attend the new date, refunds can be requested at the point of purchase.

    • Due to the current global health crisis, the upcoming America concert on Thursday, April 23, 2020 has been rescheduled to Thursday, February 11, 2021. Previously purchased tickets will be honored for the rescheduled show. For those unable to attend the rescheduled date, refunds will be made available at point of purchase. “In an effort to do our part to help slow the spread of the coronavirus among our fans and the country at large, the band America has made the decision to postpone shows booked for the coming weeks. We will do everything possible to reschedule when feasible. The decision to reschedule the date was made to ensure the health and safety of the performers as well as the patrons. Your current tickets will be honored at the October 22 event – no need to exchange them. We will send out reminders when the date gets closer. The safety and health of our visitors, artists, employees, volunteers and community continue to be our top priority. Additionally, we are committed to keeping you informed and updated on our events and operations. 
 
In an effort to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the City of Sioux Falls has issued a public health emergency declaration. We are committed to supporting our City’s actions to mitigate this illness.
 
As such, the Washington Pavilion and Orpheum Theater Center facilities will be closing to the public starting Tuesday, March 17, 2020 until further notice. Education programs will not be held until further notice.
 
The Washington Pavilion and the Orpheum Theater Center Box Office phone line, 605-367-6000, will be open and operate on normal business hours for phone calls only. 
 
Ensuring a healthy, safe and secure community is essential, and Washington Pavilion Management, Inc. will do all we can to support this effort. We will continue to follow recommendations from local and state leaders in this fluid situation. 
 
Any new changes in operations will be communicated with our patrons and the public as quickly as possible. We will post any public notices and updates on our websites at www.washingtonpavilion.org, www.siouxfallsorpheum.com and social media channels. 
 
Thank you for your continued support and understanding. While this time calls for us to minimize gatherings, we look forward to being able to welcome visitors back to our facilities again.

On March 12, 2020 the City of Sioux Falls has issued a public health declaration limiting all large gatherings over 250 people at City-owned facilities effective March 13-26, 2020. 

We are committed to supporting our City’s efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19. Thus, the following public events at the Washington Pavilion and Orpheum Theater Center facilities are affected; these are postponed at this time:

If you are a customer who has purchased tickets to an event, we are gathering more information and will communicate with you as soon as possible. 

The following areas of the Washington Pavilion will be temporarily closed through March 26:

The following areas of the Washington Pavilion will be open with normal operations:

We plan to resume operations as normal on March 27 and will continue to follow the recommendations of local and state leaders.
