Box Office Information and Hours

While the Orpheum Theater Center does not maintain regular onsite Box Office hours, tickets can be purchased in person at the Washington Pavilion at 301 S. Main Ave. or at (605) 367-6000 during Washington Pavilion Box Office hours. Box Office staff will be available on site 2 hours prior to show time.

Will Call
Tickets are available for pick up at the Washington Pavilion Box Office up until two hours before the event. Tickets are available for pickup two hours prior to the event at the Box Office in the main lobby of the Orpheum Theater Center. The customer must present a valid photo ID.

General Rules
Generally, non-professional still cameras are allowed but video cameras are not. No outside food or beverage is permitted. No weapons, firearms or laser pens are allowed. All patrons are subject to search.
